{"id":1926,"date":"2019-05-23T14:42:37","date_gmt":"2019-05-23T12:42:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archiwalna.pspddd.pl\/?page_id=1926"},"modified":"2022-01-10T16:20:54","modified_gmt":"2022-01-10T15:20:54","slug":"what-is-ppca","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/archiwalna.pspddd.pl\/en\/what-is-ppca\/","title":{"rendered":"What is PPCA?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ABOUT US<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Polish Pest Control Association is an apolitical, self-financing organisation that brings together representatives of companies operating in the field of disinfection, disinsection, deratization, and the upkeep of green areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PPCA&#8217;s goals:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>promoting the members&#8217; businesses,<\/li><li>educational activity,<\/li><li>obtaining information about new technologies,<\/li><li>broadening the members&#8217; professional knowledge, also on legal aspects,<\/li><li>cooperating with state authorities and scientific institutions,<\/li><li>raising the members&#8217; professional rank,<\/li><li>cultural and physical development of the members of the Association, and integration of the profession,<\/li><li>representing the pest control industry in Poland and abroad.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>These goals are achieved through:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>professional training for members of the Association, and other interested individuals or entities,<\/li><li>seminars, field shows, meetings, etc.,<\/li><li>the publication of the quarterly &#8220;Biuletyn PSPDDiD&#8221;,<\/li><li>the publication and promotion of information and training materials,<\/li><li>cooperation in scientific and research works related to new technologies in disinfection, disinsection, and deratization,<\/li><li>cooperation with national and international organisations, with particular focus on the pest control industry,<\/li><li>cooperation with research centres in Poland and abroad,<\/li><li>promotion and implementation of new technologies and solutions, both domestic and foreign, into pest control practice,<\/li><li>preparing and securing staff for the organised activities and events,<\/li><li>cooperation with central and local government authorities in the event of natural disasters and other threats to health and life, and in a state of necessity.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can be a member of PPCA?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>producers of biocides, plant protection products, and pest control equipment,<\/li><li>pest control service providers,<\/li><li>people related to the pest control industry,<\/li><li>natural and legal persons from Poland and abroad, regardless of their place of residence or business activity.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PPCA membership benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>active and passive electoral rights to the authorities of the Association,<\/li><li>opportunity to participate in conventions, meetings, conferences, and other events,<\/li><li>the right to submit motions regarding the Association&#8217;s activities which are aimed at achieving the goals of the Association,<\/li><li>discounts on conferences, training courses, seminars, workshops, and other forms of knowledge dissemination and training, organised by PPCA,<\/li><li>the right to use the markings of the Association and the organisations of which it is a member,<\/li><li>the quarterly &#8220;Biuletyn PSPDDiD&#8221;,<\/li><li>possibility to join collective insurance.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registration and membership fees in 2019:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>no registration fee,<\/li><li>membership fee &#8211; PLN 1,200,<\/li><li>membership fee for a family member &#8211; PLN 600,<\/li><li>membership fee for a pensioner &#8211; PLN 120 (if you have reached the retirement age, apply to the PPCA Management Board to change the dues; attach a scan of a document confirming the entitlements).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The membership fee should be paid to the following account:\u00a0<strong>Santander Bank Polska S.A. 22 1090 1463 0000 0001 3579 4494<\/strong> In the transfer title, please enter: <strong>Membership fee for 2022<\/strong>, name and surname.<br>If you are paying for the previous year, please enter: <strong>Membership fee for 2021<\/strong>, name and surname.<br>The membership fee for a given calendar year should be paid by the end of April (PPCA&#8217;s Statute \u00a7 13 point 4).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ABOUT US Polish Pest Control Association is an apolitical, self-financing organisation that brings together representatives of companies operating in the field of disinfection, disinsection, deratization, and the upkeep of green areas.
